Airports and Hangars are home to many HID lighting systems. LightBoss has the adaptability to meet even these high lighting demands.

After the initial 20% setback LightBoss can control lighting levels with daylight harvesting being taken advantage of when the Hangar doors are open.
Airport exterior lighting may be setback by 20% initially and brought lower at times of no use. Apron areas may be maintained at 60% of normal power yet the lights will be ready to be upped to 80% or 100% instantly at the operator's choice.

During winter when snow is on the ground light sensors can adjust the LightBoss system, lowering energy consumption, reducing costs while lowering the strong glare from reflective lights that Pilots find hard on their eyes.
