	Outdoor Parking Lots can benefit from timer controlled light reduction programs during times of low activity.  Lights can be activated with "dusk to dawn" sensors.  Then, after normal working hours when employees have left, say, by 9:00 PM, light levels can be reduced for the remainder of the evening.  This nighttime lower level can be quickly returned to full brightness with motion detectors for safety/security reasons if desired.
Parking Garages can achieve significant savings through photosensor controlled light reduction during daylight hours and further fixed level reduction during nighttime limited use hours.  Again, rapid full brightness can be returned by motion detectors for safety/security reasons.
